Raleigh Dismisses San Juan, 5-1

The Raleigh Raptor Boats stopped the San Juan Defenders, 5-1, at El Morro Park. The Raptor Boats got a big game from Tom Bant, who went 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Preston Beasley locked down his 1st save. The win puts Raleigh at 3-3.
With Raleigh leading 2-0 in the top of the third, Bant hit a splitter from Bill Winman for a 3-run home run. It was his 1st home run of the season and put the Raptor Boats ahead, 5-0.
